The 70's decor

Villa Juno - « Panam Building » de Pol Bury (auteur de la fontaine du Palais Royal près des colonnes de Buren).

The orange of the wallpaper (emblematic of the 1970s) matches Pol Bury's "Panam Building" engraving (author of the Palais Royal fountain near the Buren columns). 
Painting took several directions after the shock of the sixties: geometric abstraction (like Vasarely), narrative figuration (like Pol Bury or Fromanger), and hyperrealism (Duane Hanson or Peter Klasen).
Klasen's hyperrealist door handle was exhibited in 1975 in Paris. Fromanger's lithograph "Life is a Commodity" bears witness to the change in ideas and phraseology of the time.

The Tulip chairs and tables were designed by the Finnish designer Eero Saarinen in 1956, but their success was established in the 1970s. The Componibili storage unit and the Nessino lamp are still manufactured (in recycled plastic today) and marketed 50 years after their appearance
